Although most survey sites payout pennies to their users, it’s a great way to earn an extra $100-$200 per month. You don’t need to be an expert, all you need is a few minutes to give your opinion on products you’ve used.

2. Virtual Assistant 

 

Being a Virtual assistant means that you will help companies with their workload remotely. There are two types of virtual assistants; general and specialized Virtual assistants. As a general VA, you will do tasks like admin support, send emails, manage calendars, data entry, and research. Specialized VAs are experts in their fields, they offer services such as Sales, Marketing, Graphic design, and Video Production. 

 

You can find clients as a Virtual Assistant, through websites like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and Facebook Groups. Some of these online tutoring side hustles pay weekly and will require that you have experience and a certificate.  However, there are sites that don’t require experience either. These are a few places you can find online teaching jobs and their requirements:

 

Preply:  requires no experience or certification. Pay is $15-25 per hour. You can work from your phone or computer. 

 

PalFish: Teach English to ages 3-12 years old. Requires a TESOL certification. No experience is needed, they will train you. The TESOL certification can be done through Groupon or Thinkific. 

 

VIPKID: Pays up to $22 per hour. You’ll teach Chinese kids ages 4-12 years old.  

 

Cambly: You’ll teach individuals English and you can set your own schedule. 

 

5. DoorDash Delivery  Driver 

 

Delivery food is a nice way to earn money on the side. Getting started with Dordash is simple, you must be at least 18 years old, with a valid driver’s license, and pass their background check. Once you’ve completed these requirements through the DoorDash App, they will send you a form to fill out for tax purposes. As a DoorDash driver, you’ll file 1099 forms as you are considered an independent contractor.
